Welcome!

Hello! Thank you for visiting us here at One Life City Church. Thank you for pausing to stay, and for being a part of this community. Below are some monthly or on-going ways that we can be involved here at One Life!

Speak Your Truth, Today

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

For the Month of October, we invite you to join in with one of our One Life partners, Speak Your Truth, Today (SYTT). At SYTT, they are hosting a one-month campaign to "Get Active & Support Survivors of Domestic Violence," You can join by donating to the cause, (see button below!), sharing the word, or completing a fun BINGO card (available HERE on their social media!) Thank you for your partnership!

Small Groups & Communities of Care

Intimacy with God and Connection with One Another.

These are two areas of focus for us in this season, and we look forward to opportunities to form deeper relationships with one another in the month of October. Small Group sign-ups will be opening the week of 10/13 and will be available in different areas -- Placentia/Yorba Linda/Anaheim Hills, Brea/La Habra, Fullerton, and Cerritos/Cypress/La Mirada/Buena Park. Stay tuned!

In addition, we'll have opportunities for smaller forms of connection. Communities of Care, which are groups of about 3-4 people, will be available for sign-up as well in November. These are self-determined gatherings for connection and care, and can be as scheduled as frequently as desired.

Summer of Love, Fullerton (Richman Elementary)

Summer of Love, Fullerton (SOLFul) at RIchman has been a slow and on-going work of God's faithfulness. Some folks here at church will remember when it began, or may have been a unique part of SOLFul in different forms over the past 16 years. We as a church have the opportunity to continue being present in the Richman neighborhood throughout the year and continue these relationships.

Currently, we can use some help on Mondays here at 601 E. Valencia, where a group of teen leaders gather for homework help and tutoring each week from 6-7pm. If you have some time, please contact Kate Tran (kate@onelifecity.org) for more info!

Revised Common Lectionary

Would you like a way to stay connected to God's Word? One way to stay grounded and connected is to follow along with the Revised Common Lectionary. Click HERE  to listen to some of Pastor Elliot's reflections on the Revised Common Lectionary!
Revised Common Lectionary is an ecumenical three-year Bible guide that follows the liturgical calendar. Generally, Thursday through Saturday readings help prepare for the Sunday ahead. Monday through Wednesday readings help reflect on and digest what they heard in worship.
